CHARLOTTE, NC - The Sterling Group, in partnership with Braxton Development, has broken ground once again, this time in the Southeast. The Enclave at Bailes Ridge, a $31.4 million, 246-unit Class A luxury apartment community is the newest development in Lancaster County in a number of years and is a submarket to Charlotte, NC. The Enclave is expected to open spring 2014.

The Enclave at Bailes Ridge Apartment Homes will be located on 21 acres on Hwy. 160, just west of US 521. The community will include 15 two- and three-story, walk-up, garden style apartment buildings and feature 9 different floorplans. The apartment home community will be considered “best in class” due to unique craftsmen design, attention to detail, and comprehensive amenity package.
The apartment home floorplans will range in square footages from 695 – 1,353 and rents will start at approximately $800 for a one bedroom apartment home. The community will also consist of 118 garages.
This market-rate, pet-friendly community will feature a resident clubhouse, cyber café with Wi-Fi, a media/gaming room, fitness center with top-of-the-line equipment and adjacent tot room. Other amenities include a resort-style swimming pool with an arbor, two grilling stations and an outdoor fireplace, car care center, and recycling center.
The Enclave will offer residents a comfortable lifestyle with amenities and finishes typically found in upscale, single family homes. Apartment homes will include a full-size washer and dryer, fully-equipped kitchen with Granite countertops, frost-free refrigerator with icemaker, microwave and dishwasher. Kitchens in select homes will feature either a breakfast bar or gourmet island. Other finishes and amenities include woodgrain flooring, ceramic tile flooring, glass-enclosed showers, tray ceilings, and spacious walk-in closets. Apartments will also have a private patio or balcony.
