Construction was completed in May 2013 and move-ins took place throughout the summer months. By the end of September all 67 apartments were leased and moved in.

Each apartment home features faux wood flooring, designer kitchens with maple cabinets and black laminate counters, 9 foot ceilings, storage space, and individually controlled heating and air conditioning. 32Thirty-two apartments is a green apartment community and offers a green rooftop terrace, courtyard, underground parking, cyber lounge, laundry facility, and 24-hour emergency maintenance.
Equity Management was also at the helm of the lease up of 3Tree Flats, another apartment community in the Petworth neighborhood of Washington, DC. That lease was completed in three months in 2011.
