Trammell Crow to Bring a Premium Multifamily Development to Houston's Energy Corridor

HOUSTON, TX - Trammell Crow Residential, one of America's premier multifamily real estate firms, is upping the ante on Houston's burgeoning west side.  Construction is now underway on Alexan Enclave, a 354-unit development located at 13411 Briar Forest Drive. 

The project, which is immediately west of Eldridge Parkway, sits on a prime, approximately 6.25-acre site in the heart of the booming Energy Corridor business and residential district, just steps away from major employers, plus a dense variety of retail and dining options.  The development is slated to open in spring 2014.

The four-story Alexan Enclave will offer residents one- and two-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 651 to 1,552 square feet.  The traditional, exterior facade, which will incorporate both brick and stucco, is in keeping with the architecture of the surrounding neighborhoods, many of which are among the city's most sought after addresses.  Apartment homes will showcase 10-foot ceilings with eight-foot doors throughout, spa-like baths with tile floors, vinyl plank flooring in the living and dining areas, as well as chef kitchens featuring hardwood cabinetry with 42-inch upper kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, large under-mount sinks and stainless appliances, including large, double door refrigerators.

Residents will enjoy an array of onsite amenities, such as a state-of-the-art fitness center and a clubhouse equipped with a catering kitchen, gathering area and game room.  Three resort-style courtyards will encompass space for outdoor recreation and two swimming pools.  Complimentary Wi-Fi will be available in the clubhouse in addition to the courtyards.  The pet friendly community will also feature a fully fenced dog park and dog wash station.
