Once known as the largest landlord in Houston as well as a major buyer of the RTC's multifamily housing pools, Founder of Concierge Asset Management and currently the majority owner of Crossbeam Capital, Mr. Drever is in stealth mode again.
Drever Capital Management, a recently formed real estate private equity firm is continuing with the visionary foresight for which Mr. Drever is so well known. Drever Capital Management combines some of the best minds in the business along with Mr. Drever's decades of formidable experience, relationships and perspicacity.
DCM is proud to welcome Mr. Frank Marro as President and CEO. Mr. Marro is a seasoned real estate executive with more than 25 years' experience. Mr. Marro served as P&L leader for two divisions of GE Capital Real Estate and grew the Joint Venture Equity business from inception to over $20 million in annual net income; closing or overseeing more than 1,000 projects with over $20 billion in total cost, including more than 100,000 apartment units. Mr. Marro has a BA from Hofstra University, a JD from Harvard Law School and an MBA from Georgia State University.

Joining Mr. Marro are Noah Drever, Managing Director and Sherri Haskell, Senior VP, Capital Markets. Noah has over 10 years in asset and construction management, acquisitions, dispositions and investor relations. His primary responsibilities encompass acquisitions (including nonperforming loans and bankruptcies), dispositions, oversight of DCM investments, legacy assets and the DCM Senior Living Platform. He also serves as a Director of the Drever Family Foundation.
Ms. Haskell has joined the DCM team bringing 25 years of experience in the financial markets with specialties in both equities and real estate, portfolio management, limited partnership structuring, investor relations and has raised more than $200 million of investment capital. She has several securities licenses as well as Registered Investment Advisor. "I am thrilled to be working with such an industry icon who incidentally, my own family has invested with."
DCM is focused on continuing the groundwork Mr. Drever has laid in acquisition and redevelopment of workforce housing as well as expansion into Senior Housing, along with premium producing special opportunities. Two new value-add MF funds are currently open to investors, as well as a well-stocked pipeline of very selective opportunistic transactions.
