DENVER, CO - Holland Partner Group, a leading owner, manager and developer of multifamily apartment communities in the Western U.S., today commemorated the start of construction on Platform at Union Station, downtown Denver’s newest high-rise apartment community in the historic Union Station neighborhood.

Part of the largest transit-oriented redevelopment in the country, the 287-unit luxury 21-story high-rise apartment community will feature immediate access to the soon-to-be remodeled Union Station, including Amtrak service and RTD FasTracks to Denver International Airport. Union Station will be one of the most extensive, diverse transportation hubs in the country, integrating light rail and commuter rail with regional, express and local bus service and intercity buses taxis, shuttles vans, limousines and bicycles.

When first units become available for lease, Holland Residential, the operations division of Holland Partner Group, will take over management responsibilities for Platform at Union Station, which will feature a number of healthy living amenities. The apartment community will be completely smoke-free and boast a 24-hour, fully equipped fitness center, 24-hour concierge as well as a 14th- level swimming pool, fitness studio and clubroom with downtown views. Smoking will be prohibited in all common areas and inside all apartment homes.
