GREENBELT, MD - The Bozzuto Group and Pritzker Realty Group announced that The Beacon at Waugh Chapel, Waugh Chapel Towne Centre's first apartment community, is now leasing.
In celebration of the community's first resident move-ins and the opening of the 6,500 square foot clubhouse, The Beacon hosted a "Taste of Waugh Chapel" open house event on Saturday, May 4. The event featured specials and giveaways from many of the Waugh Chapel retailers, including Qdoba Mexican Grill, Smoothie King, Massage Envy, LA Fitness, Xfinity, M&T Bank, Old Navy, Little Treasure Jewelers, The Green Turtle, and Bubbles Hair Salon, among others.
During the event, which took place in the clubhouse and throughout the model apartment homes, application fees were waived and attendees who leased received a complimentary Nest Learning Thermostat.
The Beacon, a pet-friendly, four-story upscale community of 298 residences, is located in a prime Anne Arundel County location along MD Route 3/301, just minutes from I-97 and is surrounded by the retail, dining and entertainment of the Waugh Chapel Towne Centre. The community offers eight distinct floor plans, including one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom options.

The Beacon was developed in partnership by Bozzuto Development Company and Pritzker Realty Group, built by Bozzuto Construction Company and will be managed by Bozzuto Management Company.
