DAYTONA BEACH, FL - Porpoise Bay Road, LLC has selected Finlay Management, Inc. as property manager of The Granite at Porpoise Bay. Previously known as Island Club, the 204-unit apartment community was renamed as part of the takeover and rebranding program. The property enjoys a convenient location just off Beville Road, with easy access to I-95 and I-4 direct to Orlando. It is within minutes to major shopping, the Daytona International Speedway, the airport, as well as the many schools in the area. The community is naturally landscaped with ancient oaks and enhanced by an expansive lake, walking trails and flowering shrubs throughout the property.
According to Christopher Finlay, President of Finlay Management, the property is soon to undergo renovations to improve further on the amenities. Plans include upgrading the clubhouse and fitness center and making the pool area even more inviting with designer furniture and lounge areas. In addition, the owner plans to upgrade the residential units.
