KING OF PRUSSIA, PA - Morgan Properties participated in the New Jersey Apartment Association’s (NJAA) 19th Annual Garden State Awards. Morgan Properties earned 15 individual awards for professional recognition and 11 community awards for outstanding multi-family management. The NJAA Garden State Awards are open to association members and were established to salute paramount properties and individuals who rise above industry standards and consistently exhibit excellence and professionalism. Industry experts are brought in from out of state to professionally interview, inspect and judge all of the properties and individuals.

Excellence in Property Management for Nieuw Amsterdam in Marlton, Moorestowne Woods in Moorestown, Mt. Arlington Gardens in Mt. Arlington, Hyde Park in Bellmawr, Westwood Gardens in Deptford, The Landings in Absecon and Woodview at Marlton in Marlton.
Excellence in Curb Appeal for Burnt Mill in Voorhees, Moorestowne Woods, Eastampton Gardens in Eastampton and The Mews at Annandale in Annandale.
Individual Award Honors for Michael Duncan as Regional Manager of the Year, Anthony Cintron as Maintenance Supervisor of the Year, Karen H. Bowers, Esq. as Corporate Management Team Member of the Year, Myranda Haines, Amanda Hutchens, Kelly Ramsey and Jennifer Tanski as Property Manager of the Year, Christina Cannella, Susan Daly, Sylvia Darrigo, Theresa Kozlowski and Karen Kubinak as Leasing Professional of the Year, Grzegorz Adamczuk, Erik Silverstein and William Yanss as Maintenance Technician of the Year.
