KING OF PRUSSIA, PA - The Apartment Association of Central Pennsylvania (AACP) held its 12th Annual Best of Living Awards Gala. Morgan Properties won a total of 7 National Apartment Association (NAA) professional designations and 28 awards including First Place for Pam Donbach as Property Manager of the Year, seven communities taking honors for Overall Community Excellence and Second Place for Oxford Manor Apartments in Mechanicsburg for Maintenance Team of the Year.
The AACP’s Best of Living Awards is judged by industry experts from neighboring apartment associations and presents achievement awards based on highest average scores for curb appeal, leasing and marketing, maintenance programs, customer service, community service involvement and employee training and commitment to education.
Morgan Properties’ Pam Donbach earned individual top honors being named Property Manager of the Year for 2012. Pam demonstrated exemplary success in her position and was judged on leadership skills, overall financial performance, customer service and resident retention, enhancement of the asset and demonstrated service to the local community. Oxford Manor’s Maintenance Team achieved their honor by demonstrating integrity, professionalism and outstanding abilities in technical skills and customer service.

Morgan Properties’ employees were also recognized for earning NAA professional designations in two educational categories. Recipients of the National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) designation were Katherine M. Bender, Janet M. Martin and Ashley E. Moeller. Earning the designation of Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) were Dana Averitt, Ernest C. Cribari, David Lamancusa and Thomas J. Shekalus.
