BETHESDA, MD - Walker & Dunlop, Inc. announced that its subsidiary, Walker & Dunlop, LLC arranged $67,500,000 in financing for Huntington Gateway Apartments, a high-rise residential community located in Alexandria, VA.
The loan was provided by New York Life Insurance Company and structured with a 10-year term and a 30-year amortization for the borrower, Huntington Apartment Associates, L.P.
Huntington Gateway is located within walking distance of the Huntington Metro station and a short distance from the Capital Beltway. The 447,712 square foot property offers 443 high-rise units featuring studios, one- and two-bedroom floor plans as well as more than 30,000 square feet of retail space. Community amenities include a fitness center, spa, racquetball court, barbecue area, fireside lounge and tennis courts. Huntington Gateway also provides residents with shuttle service to the Huntington Metro station, rentable storage space, and 24-hour concierge service.
