Fountain Residential Breaks Ground on LoftVue

DALLAS, TX - Fountain Residential Partners has broken ground on its second project near Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas. Expanding on the success of The Vue on University, which is 100% leased for this fall, LoftVue will be the most luxurious and highly amenitized property in the market.

In keeping with the boutique, exclusive feel at The Vue, LoftVue will consist of only 77 units totaling 147 bedrooms in 1BR, 2BR, 3BR, 4BR and select 5BR configurations. Similar to its sister property, the suites will include granite countertops, stainless appliances, high-end luxury furnishings, ceiling fans in every room, faux wood flooring, an electronic key system, and views of both campus and downtown Fort Worth. In addition, the new property will feature 10' ceilings, underground parking, 50" flat screen TV's in each unit, massaging showers, tile backsplashes, open cabinetry, and loft-style design elements throughout. On-site management and maintenance will oversee the property including an H20 deck complete with cabanas, a second outdoor living room featuring an outdoor fireplace and entertainment kitchen, a modernized fitness center, clubhouse, study room, and two electric vehicle charging stations.

LoftVue is located just one block from campus between McCart Avenue and Forest Park Boulevard with convenient access to both Berry Street and I-30. The property is adjacent to the main TCU commuter parking lot and the walk to the academic quad is shorter than some of the on-campus housing.

Trevor Tollett, Vice President at Fountain Residential Partners, notes, "TCU is a world-class university and we are fortunate to have two properties within a block of campus in this high barrier to entry marketplace. The response to The Vue was phenomenal and LoftVue will extend the successful luxury brand."

Also under construction by Fountain Residential Partners are 33 North, a 427-bed student housing development directly adjacent to the University of North Texas set to deliver in Fall 2013, and 7th Street Station, a 309-bed student living community serving Oregon State University in Corvallis, Oregon, which is 100% pre-leased for occupancy in September of 2012.

The firm also has a robust development pipeline with properties under contract in Minneapolis, Minnesota, directly adjacent to the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities Campus, California State University, Sacramento, or Sac State, and the University of Houston. All properties are planned for high density collegiate-oriented housing developments that are walk to campus locations.
