Finlay Management Launches Client Services Division

JACKSONVILLE, FL - Finlay Management, Inc., a national property management firm with a thirty-year history in multifamily management, has created a Client Services Division. This team is comprised of senior level professionals from the multifamily industry. They are charged with monitoring the physical and financial performance of each property to ensure the owner’s investment goals are met. The program supports the company’s expansion into third-party management.

According to Christopher Finlay, founder and CEO of the company, “Our Client Services Division is comprised of exceptionally experienced professions from the multifamily industry. They do not act as liaisons, but rather as advocates for the Owner – in a sense, as asset managers.” Finlay recognizes that this is a unique concept in the property management industry. He adds “The property continues to be managed as usual under the guidance of a Regional Manager. The client still has direct contact with our senior officers including the President and CEO. But at the same time, the Client Services Division will have a team member keeping a close eye on the property and reporting to the Chairman/CEO.”

Asked if the concept was new to the industry, Finlay replied, “I know of no other firm that offers this level of commitment to its clients. Finlay Management eliminates the typical layers of hierarchy as much as possible. We keep many eyes on the property – not just those of the manager or regional manager. Our corporate officers – and now our Client Services staff - are equally involved. “

Finlay Management, Inc. is a multifamily property management firm with a thirty-year history in high-end apartments, affordable housing, and senior living. With offices in Texas and Florida, it focuses on fee management throughout the Southeast and Texas. The company is actively expanding and seeking third-party management opportunities.
