The LaSalle Group to Build Assisted Living Community

HOUSTON, TX - The LaSalle Group has announced plans to build a cutting-edge 26,000-square-foot, $11.2 million memory care assisted living community in West Houston. The Autumn Leaves of West Houston community will use a family approach to serve residents living with Alzheimer’s and dementia. This is the 9th memory care community The LaSalle Group has brought to the Houston area in just over two years. The project is the result of a partnership with The LaSalle Group, Silverado Interests and Community Trust Bank.

“We are excited to help local families by building this community in an area that desperately needs the care,” said Jason Dupont, Director of Finance, The LaSalle Group. “Not only will we provide a much needed service, but we will also create 200 jobs. It makes us proud to know that 155 construction workers will touch our site and 45 people will make up our assisted living staff.”
