Designed by San Diego architecture firm, MW Steele Group, the project was designed with LEED certification in mind. Home to those who earn 50-60% of San Diego County's Area Median Income, the 100% affordable City Scene Apartments is near the heart of San Diego's newest arts and culture hub in downtown North Park.
City Scene Apartments consists of 31 affordable homes located at 4105 Georgia Street in San Diego. The development features one, two, and three bedroom residences. Amenities include a community room, on-site laundry, and a large recreation courtyard with a BBQ. Residents will also enjoy private balconies (select homes), and a below-grade parking lot. The sustainable development includes several green features such as solar panels and preferred parking for carpoolers and bikers. Part of North Park's revitalization, Affirmed Housing Group purchased the site containing a semi-built, failed market rate development, and redesigned it to create the stylish and affordable City Scene Apartments.
