Ocius to Launch Mobile Apps at 2012 NAA Expo

Chicago, IL - Ocius, the leading provider of Convergent Billing, Transaction Processing, Utility Expense Management, and Online Payment Solutions to the multifamily residential real estate industry will be participating in the 2012 National Apartment Association Education Conference and Exposition, in Boston Massachusetts.

Supporting the conference theme of “Revolutionize Your Business,” Ocius will demonstrate innovative solutions that address the emerging needs of an increasingly mobile population of apartment residents.

The MyResidentNetwork™ mobile application will allow apartment residents to make payments, check balances, and communicate with their property manager with remarkable ease directly from their smart phone. Ocius is releasing versions for both iOS and Android devices.

The company will also debut an innovative text messaging service that will allow property managers to improve their communications and closeness with residents by using SMS text messages. The new solution allows property managers to communicate important messages about payments, building status, lease renewals, and community events directly to residents on their mobile phones, the device that they always have with them and that they are most responsive to.

Ocius was the first company to provide convergent billing solutions to the multifamily residential real estate industry and it continues to lead this rapidly growing segment. Ocius also provides integrated Transaction Processing, Utility Expense Management, Submetering, and Online Payment solutions. Ocius' headquarters are in Chicago, IL and it serves many of the largest rental property management companies in North America.
