After discussions with customers on the mutually inclusive benefits available as a result of this relationship, the companies worked closely to complete the integration within a two-month timeframe. The final product is the inclusion of various on-site interfaces necessary to complete data entry of move-in, move-outs and renewals. By enabling data to be pulled directly from Jenark, the integration ensures greater accuracy in pricing recommendations, which creates more streamlined efficiencies and superior ease of use for the on-site professionals as well as stronger confidence in pricing practices.
