DALLAS, TX - Pinnacle Family of Companies, based in Dallas, Texas, is excited to announce Christian Davis as its new regional vice president for California and Arizona. Davis began his new position with Pinnacle on Monday, April 9, 2012 and will be based in Irvine, California.
“Christian has tremendous experience in asset management, specifically in the California and Arizona markets where we currently manage nearly 7,500 units combined,” said Eric Schwabe, Pinnacle West region president. “His skills and expertise in this capacity will reinforce Pinnacle’s growth efforts as well as its ability to continue providing superior service to clients.”
Davis has more than 22 years of experience in real estate and property management. His professional background includes management of more than 20,000 units as well as renovation and repositioning of more than 5,000 units.
Prior to joining Pinnacle, Christian was regional vice president of Property Operations at Gables Residential, where he was responsible for assets in the Southern California, Arizona, Washington State and Austin, Texas markets. He joined Gables upon the acquisition of Income Growth Property Management where he served as vice president and principal partner.
Christian is an active member of the San Diego County Apartment Association, Apartment Association of the Greater Inland Empire, California Apartment Association, National Apartment Association, Institute of Real Estate Management, and the San Diego Association of Realtors. Christian is a graduate of Pepperdine University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in telecommunications.
