HUNTSVILLE, AL - Sterling Construction has broken ground on a luxury apartment home community in Huntsville, AL. Providence Place Apartment Homes, owned by Paradigm Huntsville I Apartments, LLC, will be located at the corner of Providence Main and Biltmore on 14.23 acres in the heart of the Village of Providence.
The new community will feature 226 market rate apartment homes consisting of 10 buildings and featuring 12 different one, two and three bedroom floor plans. These floor plans range in square footage from 732 - 1,412. Rents range from $800 - $1,275. Garages will also be offered.
Providence Place will provide residents with a luxury lifestyle featuring amenities and finishes typically found in upscale living. Amenities will include 9’ ceilings, crown molding, granite countertops, wood grain flooring, and glass-enclosed showers.
Providence Place will offer an extensive community lifestyle featuring a resident clubhouse and cyber café with Wi-Fi, fitness center with an adjacent child’s area, a resort-style swimming pool and cabana area. Other community features include an outdoor fireplace and arbor, car care center featuring two car washes, central rubbish and recycling collection center, pet park, playground and outdoor theater. Four retail spaces are also available beside the resident clubhouse.

Estimated at $26.4 million, this project is expected to be completed in May, 2013.
