Belmont Village Senior Living Breaks Ground in Dallas

DALLAS, TX - Belmont Village Senior Living broke ground this month on their newest luxury rental project at 3535 N. Hall Street in Dallas. Belmont Village Turtle Creek, scheduled to open Summer 2013, will be the Houston-based company's twenty-second community. Belmont Village has developed and operated premier senior living communities since 1997.

The Turtle Creek project will be a French-provincial style mid-rise offering 201 private apartments and a full continuum of lifestyle and support, with independent and assisted living, Alzheimer's care and a range of award-winning programs designed to maintain memory and mental acuity.

"As both a developer and an operator of seniors housing, we feel a particular responsibility to provide not only a beautiful place for our seniors to live, but also a place where they can continue to grow and thrive," said Patricia Will, Belmont Village co-founder and CEO.

The company was recently selected for a George Mason University Health Care Quality Improvement Award for Belmont's signature program to improve brain fitness, Circle of Friends®. Residents of Belmont Village Turtle Creek will have the opportunity to participate in a full calendar of daily activities, designed to cater to a variety of interests and needs.

The seven-story building will house a professionally managed fitness center, an indoor swimming pool and a technology center.  Hospitality and dining will include chef-prepared meals with over 24 daily menu choices, a bistro for casual dining, concierge and transportation services.  Located next to Lee Park and Arlington Hall, the outdoor amenities at Belmont Village will reflect their surroundings with a garden terrace, private courtyard, dining patio and fountains.

"When we launch a project, we also take into account what we've learned over the past 15 years – from our research partners, our staff experiences, and most importantly, our residents," said Will.  "Every detail is considered, and from that, we create our 'community within a community' - a vibrant place that enables residents to pursue their interests with the support they need to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle."

Residence plans will include studio, one-and two-bedroom units. No buy-in is required and monthly rates include a variety of services and amenities.  Construction partners on the project are Rogers-O'Brien Construction of Dallas and Morris Architects of Houston.
