OWINGS MILLS, MD - Home Properties, Inc. announced its Baltimore area apartment communities have received multiple awards at the 15th Annual MMHA Star Awards as presented by the Maryland Multi-Housing Association, Inc.
The Maryland Multi-Housing Association, Inc. is a professional, non-profit trade association serving owners and managers of almost 137,000 rental housing homes in over 540 apartment communities that house over 140,000 families in Maryland. The Star Awards annually recognize apartment communities, service professionals, leasing professionals and property managers for significant contributions to apartment marketing and maintenance.

Nine of Home Properties' Baltimore area communities have been designated as Star-Certified, a title given to communities that attain a 90% minimum of required judging criteria for the highest standards of apartment living excellence. Three Home Properties communities received GOLD and SILVER Awards after being judged on criteria including curb appeal, leasing office and apartment models.
