Walker & Dunlop Expand FHA Finance Department

BETHESDA, MD - Walker & Dunlop, LLC announced today that Dale Brem has joined the Company as vice president & deputy chief underwriter of the Company's FHA Finance department. Walker & Dunlop senior vice president/group head, FHA Finance, Michelle Warner commented, "We are delighted to welcome Dale to the Walker & Dunlop FHA Finance team. His 18+ years of commercial real estate experience and wealth of knowledge underwriting FHA/HUD insured loans is an asset to the company day one."

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Dale was FHA chief underwriter at KeyBank Real Estate Capital, Inc. where he managed all underwriting activities for FHA agency loans including multi-family and healthcare properties. Before Key Bank he was a senior underwriter at GMAC Commercial Mortgage and Malone Mortgage Company. During his career, Dale has managed the process of qualifying and underwriting more than $1 billion and underwrote more than $245 million in conventional, affordable and healthcare FHA loans throughout the United States. Dale received his Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics and his Master's degree in Land Economics and Real Estate from Texas A&M University.
