Normal industry standards project 30- to 35-percent of student housing residents' return annually. Campus Advantage achieved a 45 percent returning resident ratio amongst its 42-property portfolio while at the same time securing significant rental rate increases for its clients. Companywide, Campus Advantage's occupancy reached more than 95 percent, with 26 of its properties reporting 97 percent or greater occupancy.
