GREENBELT, MD - The Bozzuto Group, a Greenbelt-MD based real estate services company, today announced that Sheryl McKibben has joined Bozzuto Management Company as vice president of marketing.
McKibben brings more than 20 years of marketing and management experience in the real estate industry and will be responsible for the leading the marketing efforts for Bozzuto Management Company, which maintains a portfolio of more than 100 communities for more than 50 third-party clients and has twice been named the nation's "Best Property Management Company" by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).

In order to continue this steady, organic growth, we sought a proven leader to create and implement marketing strategies that would further enhance our services and abilities throughout our range of communities," said Jamie Gorski, senior vice president of corporate marketing, The Bozzuto Group. McKibben was previously the principal of her own firm, Sheryl McKibben Associates, and prior to that served as vice president of marketing for BRE Properties, Inc., a publicly-held, multifamily REIT. She has also held senior level marketing positions at Essex Property Trust, Woodmont Real Estate Services, and Prometheus Real Estate Group, Inc., all California-based real estate companies.
