CHARLOTTE, NC - Crescent Resources, LLC selected experienced developer Brian Natwick to lead its Multifamily Division. As president, Natwick will lead Crescent's multifamily team throughout the Southeast and in Texas and guide the effort to expand the division's development activities. Natwick will oversee the team developing new projects such as The Venue at Cool Springs in Nashville, Tenn., Circle West Campus in Austin, Texas, The Residence at Cameron Village in Raleigh, N.C., Circle at Ninth Street in Durham, N.C., Circle Piedmont Town Center in Charlotte, N.C. and Circle at Bay Shore in Tampa, Fla. He will also oversee Crescent's existing multifamily communities.
"Brian has been the key leader behind many of our current projects in the Multifamily Division, including Cameron Village and Circle at Ninth Street in the Triangle," said Todd Mansfield, interim chief executive officer for Crescent Resources. "He is a veteran real estate developer who is well qualified to lead the division and guide our efforts in this important market segment."
Natwick previously led the Mid-Atlantic Region of the Multifamily Division as regional vice president. Throughout his 14-year career, he has managed $875 million in development and construction projects, including 7,500 hotel and multifamily units and 500,000 square feet of commercial space.

Crescent has announced plans for Circle communities in Tampa, Durham, Charlotte and Raleigh and is actively seeking new markets across the Southeast.
Natwick graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in building construction. He holds a master's in business administration from the McColl School of Business at Queens University in Charlotte.
