The 161,000-square-foot main building will feature 127 luxury living units in a variety of spacious floorplans. The unique design includes several "green" building concepts, steel frame and masonry construction to withstand maximum windload, and expanded on-site generator capacity. The design also enables flexibility in the utilization of units as residents age in place and as market demand and demographics change.
The Sonata at Melbourne boasts resort style amenities and wellness programming important to today's seniors and their families. Amenities include a movie theater, elegant dining room, bistro/pub, fitness and wellness center, exam room, library, beauty parlor, barber and full spa services. In addition, the resort-like setting features a heated pool with ramp access and outside terraces with cabanas.
