Group To Manage Student Housing Project

CHICAGO, IL - Jupiter Communities, a national multifamily property management firm, announced today that, in conjunction with First Guardian Group Asset Management, they have taken over management of University Commons in Minneapolis, Minnesota. University Commons is a premier student-housing complex with 164 units and 480 beds located just a few blocks from the University of Minnesota campus.

The University Commons project was recently transitioned from previous management through the combined efforts of First Guardian Group, Jupiter Communities, and the Eagle Law Group (David Fogg and Paul Mangiantini).The trio actively seeks to bring their combined knowledge and expertise to bear to meet the needs of TIC ownership groups.
