Campus Living Awarded Management Contract

HOUSTON, TX - Campus Living Villages has been selected by the new ownership of West Run Apartments in Morgantown, WV to oversee operations for the 322-unit, 994-bed property, servicing students at West Virginia University. The management transition is in effect immediately with members of the Campus Living Villages team in place as of today. All existing leases will be honored for current residents.

Bringing a global perspective to the student housing niche with offices in the US, UK and Australia, the veteran developer and operator of premium on-campus and campus-adjacent Villages will begin rolling out new customer service initiatives, online leasing and resident appreciation programs. This is Campus Living Villages' first management contract in West Virginia. Including West Run, they currently operate properties in 13 states.

The four-story, garden-style community was completed in 2007 and features a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom, fully-furnished units averaging 1,065 square feet. All bedrooms have private baths, and additional residence amenities include full kitchens, walk-in closets, private balconies, plus washers and dryers. A clubhouse, fitness center with 20 machines, swimming pool, two jacuzzis, tanning beds, billiards, sand volleyball, basketball court, BBQ grills, Internet cafe and shuttle service to campus are among the additional highlights.
