MIAMI BEACH, FL - Developer BH III LLC ("BH3") recently began closings for residences at the recently completed Terra Beachside 6000 Collins, its 116-unit, six-story upscale condominium project on 60th Street and Collins Avenue in Miami Beach. The property was granted its Temporary Certificate of Occupancy from the City of Miami Beach in late September and also has received Fannie Mae and FHA approval.
