Campus Advantage to Manage 318 Commons
AUSTIN, TX - Campus Advantage, a higher education services company, today announced that it was selected to manage 318 Commons, a student housing development near the University of Minnesota, Rochester campus and the Mayo Clinic. The nine-story building will feature apartments and classrooms for University of Minnesota, Rochester students, as well as retail and restaurant space. 318 Commons is being developed by G.H. Holdings, with Campus Advantage providing management services for the complex that is scheduled to open fall of 2011.

Peter, 45, attended Mayo High School and is a graduate of the University of Minnesota.
