The art-themed soiree will bring together local restaurants, musicians, artists, and performers to celebrate the official unveiling of Mount Vernon's newest work of art, The Fitzgerald.
Guests will enjoy a complimentary F. Scott Fitzgerald-themed martini bar, an interactive art experience, and works of local artists on display, as well as tastings from area restaurants including The Brewers Art, Cameo Caterers, The Black Eyed Susan, La Famiglia, Puffs & Pastries, Sascha's, Santoni's and Two Boots.
The Fitzgerald welcomed its first residents in June 2010 and is already 57 percent leased. At this pace, the community will set the record for the fastest lease-up pace in The Bozzuto Group's 22-year history. The development is registered with the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and is on track to become largest LEED-certified apartment community in the Baltimore area.
