Morgan Properties Wins NJAA Top Honors Award
KING OF PRUSSIA, PA - Last night, Morgan Properties participated in the New Jersey Apartment Association's (NJAA) 17th Annual Garden State Awards. Morgan Properties earned the title "Management Company of the Year" for the third time this fall in regional award ceremonies including New Jersey, Delaware and Central Pennsylvania. Morgan Properties team members achieved 7 total awards honoring properties, individuals and website excellence and 2 professional National Apartment Association designations.

The NJAA Garden State Awards are open to association members and were established to salute paramount properties and individuals who rise above industry standards and consistently exhibit excellence and professionalism. Industry experts are brought in from out of state to professionally interview, inspect and judge all of the properties and individuals.

Outstanding moments from NJAA's Garden State Awards included: Individual award honors for Property Manager of the Year for Northern New Jersey to Stephon Bouldin, Property Manager of the Year for Southern New Jersey to Gary Feigin, Regional Manager of the Year to Debbie Quigley, Curb Appeal Excellence for Moorsetowne Woods Apartments & Townhomes in Moorsetown and Towers of Windsor Park in Cherry Hill, Best Managed Property Honors for Quail Ridge Apartments in Plainsboro and South Street Apartments in Morristown, Best Owner Management Company Website and the coveted Management Company of the Year Honors for 2010.

Morgan Properties' employees were also recognized for earning NAA professional designations in two educational categories. The National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) designation was given to Megan Abrams and earning the designation of Certified Pool Operator was Anthony Cintron.

The New Jersey Apartment Association is a non-profit organization representing multifamily developers, owners and managers throughout the state for the purpose of maintaining and enhancing quality rental housing.
