CHICAGO, IL - WilliamPaid today announced the release of its Express Pay application that allows landlords and property managers to offer online, electronic rent payment directly on their websites. With minimal integration and no cost to landlords and property managers, Express Pay provides tenants with access to directly and securely pay their rent and other property-related costs through a bank account or with a credit card without leaving their landlord or property manager's website.

According to Silverman, the new application requires minimal integration and provides smaller property managers with the same technology available to large property managers without set-up costs, monthly fees and ongoing maintenance. "If a property manager has a website, they can now offer online rent payment," said Silverman.

Although a start, Silverman said that the online rent payment application alone isn't enough. "The key to driving efficiencies with online, electronic rent payment isn't simply putting a solution on your website. You have to drive users."
