Mark-Taylor Residential Expands to Las Vegas
SCOTTSDALE, AZ - Mark-Taylor Residential has expanded into a new city. The Scottsdale, Ariz.-based multifamily property management firm recently entered Las Vegas, boosting its portfolio now to 50 luxury apartment communities in four U.S. markets.

The growth comes primarily as a result of adding five rental apartment communities owned by BRIO Investment Group, a private investment management company based in San Diego, Calif. BRIO owns two Las Vegas apartment communities (Shadow Hills and Allegro at La Entrada) and three Phoenix-area apartment communities (The Regents of Scottsdale, Remington Ranch in Litchfield Park, and Stone Oaks in Chandler). These properties joined the Mark-Taylor portfolio in July.

Also in July, Mark-Taylor assumed management responsibilities for a sixth rental apartment community: Northern Greens in Phoenix, which is owned by Principal Global Investors. This addition brings Mark-Taylor's community count to 39 in the Phoenix area.

Mark-Taylor has experienced exponential growth in the past three years, nearly tripling its third-party multifamily property management business. Long known as a multifamily developer and property manager of its own rental apartment communities, Mark-Taylor's business is now 99 percent fee-based and is consistently recognized as a leader in the multifamily industry. Mark-Taylor currently manages 13,500 rental apartments in Phoenix, Portland, Seattle, and Las Vegas.
