SANTA BARBARA, CA - Yardi Systems announced today that it has acquired VisualHOMES, a leading provider of software solutions for North American public housing authorities that manage low-income housing. The acquisition joins the public housing technology expertise of VisualHOMES, which has developed more than 20 fully integrated housing management and financial accounting software modules, with that of Yardi, provider of the comprehensive, browser-based Yardi Voyager™ PHA solution for subsidized housing.
