LIVERMORE, CA - Local mortgage banker, Landmark Mortgage Group (LMG), a division of Opes Advisors Inc., announces the opening of their Santa Cruz branch. The branch is the third office within the LMG family, and is managed by University of California, Santa Barbara graduate Peter Gaeckle. Previously a mortgage broker, Peter has served the coastal community for the past seven years.
"Because Landmark is a mortgage bank, our loan agents can take advantage of underwriting and funding in our branch. This gives them the critical speed element needed to perform on time for our clients in this very demanding market," explained Gaeckle. "Recognizing the advantages of being a mortgage banker, I decided to separate from my mortgage broker arrangement and brought a core group of mortgage advisors along to open the Santa Cruz branch.
