WALTHAM, MA - Mac-Gray Corporation, the nation's premier provider of laundry facilities management services to multi-unit housing facilities, today announced it received the Outstanding Multifamily Partner Award presented at the Broadband Properties Annual Summit on Tuesday, April 27, 2010 in Dallas, TX.
Recipients of the Outstanding Multifamily Partner Awards are selected by a vote among multifamily property owners, developers and managers. The award recognizes and honors an outstanding industry partner. Mac-Gray and the other candidates for the award had to provide documented evidence that they added value to a property owner's business and/or communities.

Among the innovative services offered by Mac-Gray that were acknowledged at the presentation of the award, were LaundryView®, LaundryLinx™, and the company's client extranet. LaundryView® is a web-based system that lets residents check the availability of washers and dryers from their desktop, laptop or handheld computer. It also allows residents to receive a text message when their cycle has completed. LaundryLinx™ provides property administrators with a direct link to Mac-Gray's service dispatch via the Internet for faster response time. The client extranet provides convenient and transparent access to revenue, commission payment and service information via the Internet through a secure system that is available 24/7 and updated daily.
