Map Sliding - the user can manually slide the map to any where they desire. The AR app pulls up local information that is feed by Yahoo Local and performs as if the user was actually standing there.

Social Self-Publishing - Users can create and edit their own comment markers at any location to leave virtual notes and documentation for others to view about the UDR apartment community and other local businesses such as restaurants, theaters and other entertainment venues.

Map View Button - Displays Google Maps view of the markers relative to the real-time user position.

Scan Code Button - Has built-in tag reader functionality to process common codes such as bar codes or QR codes which takes the user to a website, video, or coupon just by hovering their mobile device camera over the bar code.

Full Access to Social Networking - Seamlessly integrates UDR apartment homes, promotions, interests, and specials into the apartment searchers daily lives.
