215 West Opens Leasing Center CHICAGO, IL - 215 West, the 389-unit apartment tower currently under construction in Chicago, announced the opening of its leasing center. Located in the ground floor lobby at 215 West Washington Street, the leasing center is open Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Styled in a fashion reflective of the chic urban lifestyle of 215 West's residents, the leasing center will feature images of the building's amenities, neighborhood, and stunning views; information about available floor plans; and green educational materials. The overall design of the center was conceived by Stanton Interior Concepts, Inc., a LEED accredited interior design firm headquartered in Chicago, who focused on using sustainable treatments and materials to outfit the center. A centerpiece is the state-of-the-art interactive kiosk which will allow prospective residents to view building information and browse floor plans, apartment amenities, views and renderings, and nearby points of interest. The 215 West leasing team will be at the center daily to meet with customers and help them select their new apartment homes.
