LEMOYE, PA - The Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® (PAR) recently voted to adopt the Catylist Commercial Information Exchange (CIE) service for its commercial members. PAR, one the largest REALTOR® Associations in the country, has 30,000+ residential and commercial REALTOR® members and covers 47 local REALTOR® Associations. The new website, http://www.parcie.com, provides members the opportunity to market available commercial real estate properties for sale or lease throughout Pennsylvania. In addition, members have access to a full-featured marketing system with the ability to simultaneously market properties locally and nationally, promote themselves, create high-end marketing presentations, communicate with local and national commercial professionals, and access a variety of integrated marketing tools.
The website which launched in November includes a public interface for companies, investors, and other allied professionals seeking Pennsylvania commercial real estate availabilities, including office, industrial, retail, multi-family, vacant land and business opportunities.
