RentShout Offers New Call Feature
GROVER BEACH, CA - With the availability of phone call tracking from RentShout today, each rental advertisement sent through their network now receives a unique phone number for tracking and capturing tenant leads. Whether advertising a single listing or several units in an apartment community, RentShout members will receive lead data including phone number, rental ad ID, and length of voice message or conversation.

Each rental ad gets a unique phone number which is displayed on the rental ad web page, as well as all of the directories the ad is posted to in the RentShout network. When an interested renter calls the phone number displayed, the call is forwarded directly to the property manager or contact person for the rental unit. This instant-forwarding method enables the lead to connect with the right person in real time, increasing the chances of turning the lead into a lease. For tracking and convenience, all phone leads are also saved in the members' message center on the RentShout website.

"Even in this digital age, inbound phone calls account for the majority of lead contact in the rental industry," said Misty Lackie, CEO at Go Smart Solutions, LLC, creators of RentShout. "It was important for us to provide our clients with easy access to track and capture leads coming from this channel, allowing them to better assess their overall ROI."

The call tracking capabilities at RentShout come just months after their release of unique emails assigned to each rental listing, strengthening the company's ability to analyze and enhance the performance of their rental advertising service.

RentShout is part of the growing family of Go Smart Solutions, LLC, a company that has been providing premier self-serve advertising solutions since 2002. RentShout provides online rental advertising for property managers, owners, developers, and marketers.
