VAIL, CO - Vail Resorts has chosen Pinnacle, the nation's largest multifamily property management company, to manage its 1,100 unit employee housing portfolio in Vail, Eagle, Keystone, and Breckenridge, Colorado. A Pinnacle pursuit team led by Central Region Vice President Kevin Charcut competed against several regional and national companies through a RFP process, ultimately demonstrating the strongest platform to meet the needs of this client.

Pinnacle President Rick Graf said the company's business model has always focused on creating efficiencies for customers while providing them with exceptional service. "Our management platform, which includes conventional, military, and student housing, complements the needs of Vail Resorts as it relates to their workforce housing," said Graf, "We look forward to demonstrating the operational enhancements that come by partnering with the nation's largest management company."

Vail Resorts' objective was to leverage Pinnacle's management platform and buying power to better meet the needs of their employee-residents and internal client groups.
