Spring Place Apartments Opens
GREENSBORO, NC - Opening day is finally here for Spring Place Apartments, Greensboro's newest student housing community. Conveniently located on the former Cotton Mill Square site and Spring Garden Street, Spring Place will cater to all local universities, including UNCG, NC A&T, and GTCC. It offers residents upgraded apartment features, stylish amenities and fun social programming - all for a great all-inclusive price.

Laurie Stanley, Regional Manager said, "We can't believe opening day is finally here. We've been just as excited to move-in residents as the students themselves. Even though we're moving in almost 500 residents this week, we still have beds spaces available for those last minute students."

Unit types include 2 bedroom/2 bathroom flats, 4 bedroom/4 bathroom flats, and 4 bedroom/4 bathroom townhomes. All apartments are fully furnished, fully equipped with modern kitchens and washers and dryers, and wired for cable and Internet access. Community amenities include a clubhouse with an activity center, online gaming, computer lab, state-of-the art fitness center, tanning bed, a resort-style pool with a poolside theater, and basketball and volleyball courts. Spring Place will also operate a shuttle service to take student residents to and from the UNCG campus.

Resident programming is another attraction at Spring Place. Its most popular program, Generation Impact, allows residents to volunteer their time locally, donate to surrounding charities, and annually organize a fundraiser to benefit the Nature Conservancy Organization. Spring Place will also offer "Bum A Bike", where residents can borrow bikes for free to save on gas, cut back on pollution and enjoy some exercise.

Place Properties, LP, currently has over 10 new student apartment developments nationwide that will open this August - making it one of the largest and most active multifamily development and construction organizations in the country. Place Properties has developed more than $1.4 billion of student housing properties since 1995 and currently manages more than 17,000 beds.
