GREENSBORO, NC - Opening day is finally here for Spring Place Apartments, Greensboro's newest student housing community. Conveniently located on the former Cotton Mill Square site and Spring Garden Street, Spring Place will cater to all local universities, including UNCG, NC A&T, and GTCC.
