SAN ANTONIO, TX - Dan Markson, Sr. Vice President of Development, The NRP Group LLC announced that the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) awarded approval of nine applications for affordable housing totaling 562 new apartment units submitted this year. Construction will begin in 2010. The new properties include:
• Four Seasons at Clear Creek, 96 unit multifamily, Fort Worth, TX
• Crestshire Village, 74 units multifamily, Dallas, TX
• Casa Brazoria, 36 units single family, Clute, TX
• Ventana Pointe, 96 units senior, Houston, TX
• Golden Bamboo II, 116 units multifamily, Houston, TX
• Costa Esmeralda, 112 unit multifamily, Waco, TX
• San Juan Square III, 32 units multifamily, San Antonio, TX
• Montabella Pointe, 144 units single family, San Antonio, TX
• Tierra Pointe, 80 units multifamily, Karnes County, TX
