NRP To Hold Ground Breaking
CLEVELAND, OH - The NRP Group and CAGI (Community Action of Greater Indianapolis) announced the Four Seasons at Hawthorne II Ground Breaking Ceremony and Open House will be held on Wednesday, July 15, 2009 at 11:30 AM at 2110 Outcalt Lane (E. 21st Street between Emerson Avenue and Ritter Street). Invited for brief remarks at the event are local and state dignitaries, along with representatives from IHCDA (Indiana Housing Community Development Authority), Chase Bank, RedStone and The NRP Group LLC.

"The Four Seasons at Hawthorne II is a distinctive senior development that will provide 60 cottage-style, individual entry, apartment homes in eight (8) one-story buildings, along with a community clubhouse," said Aaron Pechota, Vice President of Development, The NRP Group LLC. "The campus-style neighborhood community is being developed as a Green Community and will occupy nearly seven (7) acres that enhances the high quality environment already created in the first phase of the senior living development"

The new senior 55 and over community is part of a comprehensive development - Four Seasons of Hawthorne that includes and is adjacent to 21st Street Senior (Phase I), located at the Northeast corner of 21st Street and Hawthorne Lane.

"Phase I of Four Seasons has demonstrated the true need for more senior living in this area of Indianapolis," said Ed Tipton, Executive Director, Community Action of Greater Indianapolis. "In less than one year of achieving full occupancy, Phase I has a 50 person waiting list of applicants. Additionally, six (6) units will be dedicated to the disabled and the greatly underserved population of Indianapolis."

The Four Seasons of Hawthorne II apartment homes utilize well-designed floor plans boasting two bedrooms and one full bath with whirlpool tubs. Standard unit amenities include a private entry, front covered porch, private rear patio, programmable thermostat, washer and dryer hook-ups, breakfast bar and a separate dining area. Community amenities include a clubhouse comprising approximately 3,000 square feet of interior community space for resident usage. The clubhouse will provide vibrant space comprised of a kitchenette, fireplace, a beauty salon, computer center, large covered porch, laundry room, and multipurpose room along with a garden area with gazebo for all residents to use.
