Firm Hosts Renter's Dream Event
NEWPORT BEACH, CA - In an effort to help struggling Orange County residents/renters, Saywitz Properties, which owns and manages more than 50 multi-family properties in Southern California, is hosting a "one day only" Renter's Dream event on Saturday, June 27 from 11am to 3pm.

At this event, families and individuals will have the opportunity to rent apartments at three properties located in Costa Mesa, Anaheim and Tustin. For qualified tenants, Saywitz Properties will offer up to two months of free rent plus a $1,000 cash signing bonus on selected units. In addition, during the one-day event, the credit application fee of $30 per person will be waived and prospective renters will have the opportunity to cash in on up to $5,000 of free rent and incentives.

"We recognize OC residents have been hit hard by the economic downturn, this is why we are offering a dream-deal for renters," said Barry Saywitz, managing partner of Saywitz Properties. "At the same time, our goal is to celebrate our existing tenants in honor of Tenant Appreciation Day by offering entertainment at all the properties during the event."

The properties are located at 1985 Pomona Avenue in Costa Mesa (cross streets 19th Street and Pomona); 3444 Olinda Lane in Anaheim (cross streets Lincoln and Knott) and 16501 Alliance Avenue in Tustin (cross streets McFadden and the 55 Freeway).

The Orange County properties offer one, two and three-bedroom apartments and townhomes, which were recently renovated with new ceramic tile floors, carpet, paint, blinds and appliances. Some apartments/properties offer washer/dryer hookups, fireplaces, A/C, swimming pools, barbeque areas and picnic areas. Priced as low as $895 per month, all of the properties are located near schools, parks and retail amenities.

Saywitz Properties accepts the following renters: recent college graduates, families/individuals with foreclosure or housing issues and those who have vouchers from The U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD).

The event will offer entertainment/food such as jumpers for kids, a barbeque with free hamburgers, hotdogs, chips and sodas for all tenants and prospective residents. Additionally, managers and executives will be on-site to sign leases and offer the various incentives.

In 2000, The Saywitz Company created a division called The Saywitz Properties Group to acquire, renovate, remodel and manage multifamily apartment buildings and complexes throughout Southern California. Today that portfolio consists of more than 50 properties throughout Orange County. The Saywitz Properties Group has been recognized as one of the most active investors for acquisitions of apartment buildings in recent years.
