For the last six years, Wood was the East Coast Division Partner for The Morgan Group where he opened their Florida and Washington, D.C. offices and developed several multifamily and mixed-use projects. He oversaw the planning, approval and development of such Florida projects as The Village at Lake Lily in Maitland and The Village at Baldwin Park in Orlando. During his career, Wood has developed more than 5,000 apartments throughout Florida and metro Washington with a combined market capitalization of more than $1 billion.
