Rick Graf Named TAA President
DALLAS, TX - Rick Graf, President of Pinnacle, has been named President of the Texas Apartment Association, a non-profit statewide trade association dedicated to unifying rental housing professionals through education, legislative advocacy and member services.

Rick has been involved with the TAA for over fifteen years, and has built close ties with leaders of the Texas rental housing industry. His strong background in multi-family property management will aid him as he works to further the TAA mission as President.

Rick will officially take office on June 1, 2009, following his April 18 installation at the TAA Education Conference & Lone Star Expo in San Antonio.

As President of Pinnacle, Rick directs all day-to-day operations from the Dallas office. He is also responsible for the development of the company's vision and corporate culture.

When Rick joined Pinnacle in August 1996, he brought valuable experience managing real estate assets for major institutional clients with assets in multi-state locations. He began his real estate career in the Midwest more than 30 years ago.

Rick is a Certified Property Manager (CPM(R)) and holds a real estate degree from Richland College in Dallas, Texas. He also is a former professor of real estate in the Dallas County Community College District.
