Residences at the Arboretum Starts Leasing
RALEIGH, NC - Crosland LLC, one of the Triangle's leading real estate companies, has started leasing at its upscale apartment community, The Residences at the Arboretum. These new apartment homes are nestled in the heart of the triangle between Raleigh and the Research Triangle Park, just minutes from 1-40 in Cary, N.C., and feature spacious floor plans and outstanding amenities.

Adjacent to The Arboretum at Weston, a premier mixed-use destination in Cary featuring boutique shopping, restaurants and other service retailers, residents will enjoy the entertainment and luxury of an urban community right at their front door.

Under the practice of infill development, Crosland incorporated the 205-unit complex and Cary's first residential parking deck on approximately 9 acres to complement the existing retail and office uses. After parking in the secure deck, residents will experience hotel type amenities with elevator access to all floors.

"The Residences at the Arboretum are unique in that they have been added into an already successful shopping center which allows the entire project to share common expenses like lighting, parking, roads, etc. Projects such as this both help limit sprawl and provide for a convenient place to live," said David Ravin, Crosland's residential division president. "Residents will enjoy shopping and dining right outside their front door along with spacious, luxurious apartments."

The Residences at the Arboretum offer one-, two- and three- bedroom flats and innovative multistory townhomes featuring expansive 9-foot ceilings, hardwood floors, crown molding, and other architectural details. Kitchens include imported cabinetry, granite countertops with tile backsplashes and stainless steel appliances, while the bathrooms boast garden tubs and chic vessel sinks.

Residents will experience resort-style amenities such as a travertine lobby, salt-water pool with cabanas, fitness club, outdoor living rooms with grills, flat screen TVs and seating, WiFi café and business center, and a second floor clubhouse. Apartment homes will range from 725 to 1,440 square feet with current rates ranging from $790 to $1,540 per month.

Crosland employs 85 people in the Raleigh-Durham market and currently has more than 1,400 multi-family units in the development pipeline, 750,000 square feet of retail space and six single-family communities that include 3,000 residential lots purchased or under contract. Crosland currently manages 10 apartment communities in the Triangle area including Dobbins Hill, The Apartments at Meadowmont, The Apartments at Oberlin Court, Regency Place, Litchford Park, North Forest, Weston Lakeside, Southpoint Village, Cosgrove Hill and The Residences at the Arboretum.
