Entrepreneurs Foundation Recognizes LoopNet
SAN FRANCISCO, CA - LoopNet, which operates the largest online commercial real estate marketplace, continues to serve the community with a comprehensive program that is making a substantial, positive impact. Recognizing the company's ongoing community commitment, LoopNet has received the "Impact of the Year" award for 2007 from the Entrepreneurs Foundation. LoopNet is headquartered in San Francisco with additional office locations in Southern California and New York City. This is the third year in a row that LoopNet was recognized for its commitment to a wide variety of philanthropic and community programs. In 2006 LoopNet was named "Company of the Year" by the Entrepreneurs Foundation, and in 2005 the group named LoopNet "Rookie of the Year."

"LoopNet is the first Entrepreneurs Foundation member company to be honored with all three Entrepreneurs Foundation corporate awards," said Diane Solinger, Executive Director of the foundation. "As 'Rookie of the Year,' LoopNet clearly demonstrated that their community involvement program to give back to the community was a valued component of their company's culture. LoopNet was recognized as the 'Company of the Year' because the community program evolved to be very comprehensive in both strategy and execution, inclusive of employee volunteering, employee and corporate donations and sustainable business practices. As 'Impact of the Year' Award winner this year, LoopNet demonstrates that its commitment to the community is not a transitory effort. LoopNet continues to include community involvement and philanthropy as an integral part of the company's DNA that will last and grow with the company throughout its life cycle."

Over the past year, LoopNet employees have volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, the Glide Foundation, the Marine Mammal Center and Urban Sprouts. LoopNet employees also prepare dinners after work for over 50 homeless men and women every other month through a commitment to the Union Station Foundation. LoopNet fully supports employee volunteer efforts through company initiatives that encourage broad employee involvement, including charitable giving, as well as through corporate giving and sustainable business practices. Since its inception in 2004, LoopNet's Community Involvement program has contributed over 2,000 hours of volunteer service and more than $250,000 in cash and in-kind donations.

"It is an honor to be recognized again by the Entrepreneurs Foundation for our work within and our contributions to the greater community. It takes sustained energy, effort and resources to make the community a better place, and we are committed to doing our part," said Richard Boyle, Chairman and CEO of LoopNet.

The LoopNet marketplace, available at www.LoopNet.com, covers all commercial property categories, including office, industrial, retail, multifamily (apartment properties for sale), hotel, land, specialty properties, and businesses for sale. At the end of June 2008, LoopNet had more than three million registered members and the LoopNet marketplace featured 623,000 commercial real estate listings, including $525 billion of property available for sale and 4.7 billion square feet of space for lease. LoopNet is the most heavily trafficked commercial real estate web site, with more than 910,000 average monthly unique visitors for January through June 2008, according to comScore Media Metrix.
