Pinnacle Opens Project Management Office
DALLAS, TX - Pinnacle announced today that Woodrow Stone, former vice president of Technology Services for JPI Companies, will establish Pinnacle's first Project Management Office (PMO). The PMO in Dallas will be responsible for partnering with business teams across the Pinnacle platform to ensure that the execution of projects is a consistent, repeatable and successful process.

"Pinnacle has recognized the need to establish a PMO to facilitate excellence in the execution of strategic business initiatives," said Pinnacle Chief Administrative Officer Ed Wolff. "Our ultimate goal is creating greater value for the assets we manage and our customers."

As vice president of Technology Services for national multifamily real estate firm JPI, Stone maintained primary oversight and responsibility for all information technology initiatives and operations. During his nine-year tenure, Stone also led JPI Technology Services, LLS (dba JPI Resident Solutions), an industry consulting practice providing the multifamily industry with expertise and advice regarding resident services and technologies, including voice, video and data infrastructure, access control, and green building.

In 2006, Broadband Properties Magazine recognized Stone in their quadrennial listing of the "Most Influential People in Real Estate & Technology." Stone earned a Masters degree from Criswell College and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration degree from Oklahoma Panhandle State University.

Pinnacle, an American Management Services Company, is the nation's leader in third-party fee management, managing a portfolio of apartment, office and industrial assets valued at more than $17 billion, with over 4,600 employees in 42 states.
